We can fulfill orders to every country within the EU.
You don’t need to be an EU company to sell in the EU.

If that’s you and your products fit on a pallet then we’re a match.
As long as your goods aren’t temperature-controlled and fit on a pallet we’ll be able to handle it.
We’re actually close to three ports. We’re just 45 minutes away from the Port of Antwerp and 35 minutes away from the Port of Rotterdam. We're also just 15 minutes from the Port of Moerdijk.
If you’re an EU company we can start fulfilling your orders in a matter of days.
If you’re a company from outside the EU, then we can start fulfilling your orders within a few weeks. We need the extra time to help you sort out the EU import customs as a non-EU company. See our Customs & VAT page to see how we help.

Unfortunately, we are not a bonded warehouse at the moment. As this is something that our customers are increasingly asking us for, we are working towards becoming a bonded warehouse in the near future.
On the extremely rare occasion where an error happens, we will do our best to get the item returned and the correct item shipped out as soon as possible.
If you need help moving goods to our warehouse then we are happy to help you with that. However, if you just want to use us to simply move your products from point A to B then that’s not our bread and butter.
Typically no as our core services are focused on fulfillment so our clients don’t tend to want long-term storage. However, if you’re goods are slow sellers then, of course, we will store them for you.
Sustainability is very important to our business. Most of our packaging comes from sustainable materials and we work hard to keep our carbon footprint low.
